Overview
We are looking for motivated professionals to join our operations and maintenance team for a portfolio of projects.
O&M specialist team will play a key role in identifying value propositions, supporting bids, delivering projects from Global Technology Center. The role involves coordination with O&M leadership teams, Client teams and resource managers to ensure timely support to support to our colleagues in O&M projects for various markets and regions. This position is ideal for candidates from a operations and maintenance background with good understanding of the life cycle management activities in O&M projects.
Your Role
- Experience in the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment and their optimization during the service life.
- Working Knowledge of Safety management and risk management systems related to operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge of the reliability-based maintenance and experience of delivery of projects involving FRACAS, FMECA etc.
- Experience of developing maintenance strategies and implementation of plans to improve efficiency and while ensuring safety and reliability and reducing down times.
- Experience of delivering asset management projects and understanding of international standards like ISO 55000 and other international standards.
- Ability to develop repair and maintenance manuals for individual assets as well as to ensure system level performance of the infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of O&M related financial planning activities and intervention strategy plans for asset will be an added advantage.
- Experience of using facility management software and maintenance management software.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- 10–12 years of experience in operations and maintenance of original equipment manufacturers, asset intensive organisations and commuter operating organisation or consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in MS office projects and Asset Invest planning or risk management will be added advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple frameworks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
