Your role
- Provide coordination and oversight between engineering, design, and construction teams throughout the construction phase.
- Support project governance through participation in planning, progress, constructability, methodology, risk, and Go/No‑Go reviews.
- Ensure timely flow of information between construction teams, design leads, and Engineers of Record.
- Support quality and compliance processes, including ITP implementation, Non‑Conformance resolution, and technical clarifications.
- Maintain high‑level project reporting and documentation related to site activities, observations, and key findings.
- Provide site‑based support as required to facilitate coordination, resolve issues, and support delivery outcomes.
- Work with design leads to ensure appropriate resourcing and alignment with project scope and schedule.
- Contribute to the successful overall delivery of the On Corr Project.

About you
Post-secondary education in construction, engineering or technician and significant quality control and assurance experience or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training.
Minimum of 2 - 5 years of quality coordination experience in a large scale project quality role in a construction environment.
Advanced working knowledge of construction standards specifications in Alberta.
Teamwork skills and strong ability to obtain and interpret information from various different sources, along with the ability to work with field engineers within the organization.
Keen negotiator in matters related to Quality and is able to get your point across clearly and precisely.

Expected compensation for this role is between $80,700 - $96,000 CAD annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
