Overview
AtkinsRéalis i s'hiring a Project Management Specialist with experience supporting large scale airport/aerospace infrastructure programs. The successful candidate will provide specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
Your role
Provide specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
Work collaboratively alongside the airport departments to mitigate impacts and advance opportunities from the LIFT Program and effectively meet departmental requirements.
Synthesize and translate technical information (related to LIFT milestones and core programs) for specific business units, identifying stakeholder engagement and communications imperatives/opportunities.
Interface with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals.
Work collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as required.
Provide updates and reports via the Delivery Cabinet and the Interface Management Group to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities.

About you
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in project/program management and 5 years in large international airport projects and infrastructure programs.
Availability to work on-site/out of the project office 5 days a week .
Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
Demonstrated expertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs, including managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making.
Strong ability to analyze and synthesize technical information for specific stakeholder audiences, identifying stakeholder engagement and communications imperatives/opportunities.
Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.
Compensation range
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $101,000 - $130,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
