Overview

Nuclear Professional Programme 2026:

The world is experiencing a nuclear renaissance. As countries embrace nuclear energy for its clean, reliable, and low-carbon power, innovation is accelerating in areas like new nuclear builds, Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), Fusion, advanced safety technologies, decommissioning, and waste management solutions.

To meet this demand, we are launching a bespoke opportunities for young engineering graduates to join our Nuclear Professional Programme 2026. This programme is designed to equip you as a young graduate with skills including the foundations of nuclear engineering, safety culture, and regulatory excellence needed to protect people, facilities, and our planet.

About the Program:

This is a one-year duration programme based out of our Bangalore Office. It combines on the job training, expert mentorship, and structured learning to give you a strong grounding in nuclear safety principles, engineering skills required to deliver projects in support for the global nuclear renaissance, and imbue a culture of Nuclear Professionalism. You will gain exposure to how nuclear facilities are designed, built, operated and decommissioned — through the lens of safety principles, systems integration, and regulatory compliance. Throughout the programme, candidates will be assessed for the effectiveness of the training.

After the successful completion of the programme, you will be offered a role as Graduate Engineer.

  • Nuclear Plant and Equipment Design Fundamentals.
  • Fundamentals of codes and standards.
  • Core understanding of nuclear energy systems and safety-critical components.
  • Principles of radiation safety and environmental protection.
  • Safety & Risk Management.
  • Safety case development and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Emergency preparedness and incident response frameworks.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Insight.
  • National and international nuclear safety standards (IAEA, ONR etc.).
  • Safety aspects of next-generation reactors and fuel cycles.
  • Waste management and sustainable decommissioning practices.

  • Working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Recent Graduates from the batch of 2024 / 2025 in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications or related fields).
