Advisor / Officer – HR Service Delivery

Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Overview

The Advisor / Officer – HR Service Delivery will serve as the primary liaison for ensuring the seamless and timely execution of HR operations, with a strong emphasis on compliance, payroll accuracy, and governance of HR processes. This role is pivotal in fostering operational excellence by collaborating closely with shared services, onshore People Partners and global teams to drive continuous process improvements while upholding high standards of precision and regulatory adherence.

Frequent travel to India will be required to align and collaborate with the Shared Services team, ensuring consistency and efficiency in processes across regions.

Your role

HR Operations

  • Act as the HR Operations Partner for Hong Kong, ensuring seamless delivery of all HR services.
  • Provide comprehensive HR operational support, including year-end activities, and tasks requiring in-region presence.
  • Coordinate with GTC and other stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending HR operations tasks.

Payroll Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Hong Kong payroll.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution by shared services.
  • Manage taxation filling for Hong Kong employees through accurate data collation and timely submissions.

SCR File Maintenance

  • Act as the sole HR representative for SCR-related updates while ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with current employee data.

People Hub Case Quality & Delivery

  • Act as the custodian of People Hub case delivery, ensuring timely and accurate resolution on ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Perform regular audits and quality checks on case management systems to ensure high service standards.
  • Oversee the accuracy of HR transactions, documentation, and case closures.

Governance & Compliance

  • Conduct regular governance checks and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with Hong Kong and local Labor Ordinance and other employment regulations.
  • Ensure mandatory employee data fields are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain documentation readiness for internal and external audits, act as the point of contact for all regional audit requirements.

Process & Policy Enhancement

  • Collaborate with shared services, People Partners and global teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Drive enhancements in HR processes and policies to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and governance mechanisms to ensure consistency and compliance.

HR Intranet Page Management

  • Maintain and regularly update the HR page on the company intranet.
  • Ensure policies, guidelines, and HR-related content are accurate, current, and easily accessible.

Benefits Administration and Harmonization

  • Oversee benefits administration for the Hong Kong office, including but not limited to MPF, insurance movements & related administration , and leave management.
  • Prepare and submit visa documentation for employee secondments, transfers, and new hires.
  • Work towards standardizing employee benefits and ways of working across Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with regional and global frameworks to promote equity and consistency.
