As a member of the HR team at AtkinsRéalis, the Analyst – HR Operations provides proactive and efficient support to employees and managers across the APAC region. The role encompasses the administration of core HR processes in compliance with applicable APAC labor regulations, maintenance of HR systems, and preparation of employee-related correspondence. The position also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders including immigration, payroll, and finance, while contributing to continuous process improvements and supporting ad hoc HR initiatives as required.

About you
- Maintaining and updating Workday and Oracle portfolio of an employee
- Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance to regional laws (depends on region they support - preferably APAC)
- Producing standard correspondence to employees & parties involved (Line manager, stakeholder, payroll team etc)
- Demonstrate proactiveness in taking up responsibility and delivering BAU
- Working closely with the SME, team members and build an inspirational journey by contributing towards enhancement ideas and implementation
- Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
- Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader
- Experienced in a Shared Services function
- Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Technical expertise in Workday and Service Now, Lifecycle and Exit process
- Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
- Potential to develop as the team grows
- Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Shared services.
