Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support the HR Service Delivery team. This Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience working with people data, HR systems, dashboards, and automation workflows. The role focuses on generating insights, improving HR processes, and enabling digital ways of working across the HR function.
Your Role
- Support analysis of HR data including workforce trends, leave patterns, attendance, and operational HR metrics.
- Prepare, validate, and structure datasets for reporting, dashboards, and process-automation use cases.
- Contribute to predicting HR trends and identifying early-warning signals through exploratory analytics techniques.
- Assist in developing and enhancing automated HR workflows such as reminders, notifications, and approvals.
- Document logic, definitions, and processes in a clear HR-friendly format.
- Support testing, feedback incorporation, and continuous improvements for HR analytics and automation initiatives.
- Work closely with HR partners to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of insights and process outcomes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance while handling employee information.

About You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor'S or Master's degree in HR, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR analytics, people data, and improving HR processes through digital and automation tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data in a business context.
- Working knowledge of Excel; willingness to learn Power BI, Python, or automation tools.
- Exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive learning mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with teams.
