The Document Controller will be part of a high-performing project team that will be based on site in our downtown Calgary office.
Your role
- Follows and complies with Company, Project and Document Controls Function procedures and techniques.
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures including sensitive information management and permissions management commiserate with company standards.
- Ensure Project documentation is received, tracked and monitored according to Document Management Plan.
- Provide support and training to Project team on document management.
- Provide accurate reporting.
- Provide document management oversight on the project and ensure that systems and procedures are being properly utilized.
- Implement, maintain, and support the continued development of tools, systems, processes, and procedures.

About you
- 5 - 8 years' experience in Document Controls within the EPC industry.
- Successful performance of Document Controls roles supporting, Construction, Contract Management, Commercial, Planning & Scheduling and Engineering.
- Proven ability in managing and developing Document Controls systems, tools processes and procedures within the engineering and construction sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EDMS applications/Aconex an asset.
- Working comprehension of standard database administration.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills, self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
