Overview
We are seeking a Manager – Financial Tranformation & Integration to join our Finance Department team in Tampa, FL or a location in the East Coast where there is an AtkinsRealis office.
The Manager – Financial Transformation & Integration supports acquisition-related activities by partnering with local accounting teams of newly acquired entities, supports the SVP – Finance with transformation initiatives for the USA and LatAm Regions, and develops and deploys integration activities associated with accounting, consolidation, project reporting, and FP&A activities. This role will report to the SVP – Finance, USA and LatAm. The role supports financial integration activities with a strong focus on technical accounting, including Purchase Price Allocation accounting, Oracle EPM data loading, detailed journal entry and trial balance analysis, IFRS and GAAP alignment, and comprehensive documentation of benefit programs and balance sheet accounts, while being an intermediary between multiple teams (Treasury, Insurance, Corporate Consolidation, Financial Systems, Internal Controls, etc…).
This is a hybrid position that requires at least 2 to 3 days a week to be on-site.
Your Role
Systems Mapping & Integration
- Support local accounting teams of newly acquired companies in mapping their systems, accounts, processes, and reporting structures to the corporate ERP.
- Identify variances, required adjustments, and gaps between systems.
- Review mapping templates and validate mapping accuracy during integration and testing phases.
Technical Accounting Support (IFRS vs GAAP)
- Analyze differences between local GAAP and IFRS requirements.
- Support preparation of opening balance sheet and purchase accounting entries.
- Assist in documenting and aligning accounting policies for integrated entities.
Financial Reporting & Controls
- Ensure integrated financial data meets corporate reporting standards.
- Support the establishment and reinforcement of internal controls within acquired entities.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting for integrated operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between multiple departments during the integration process.
- Communicate proactively and escalate issues as required.
- Support training and onboarding activities for local accounting teams.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting (public accounting preferred, with exposure to M&A, audit, project accounting or transaction services).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Experience with ERP migrations, system mapping, or integration projects.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to be outspoken and drive clarity.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Collaboration across time zones for integration projects
- Frequent travel to have on-site presence of acquired entities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $125,000 - $140,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
