Join our Digital Engineering & BIM team and play a key role in delivering innovative engineering solutions on complex infrastructure and energy projects across Québec and Ontario. As a 3D/4D Animation, Visualization, and Simulation Specialist, you will help transform technical designs into high‑impact digital experiences that support smarter, safer, and more efficient project delivery. This role is ideal for professionals driven by digital innovation and a passion for engineering excellence.
Your Role
Develop high‑quality 3D animations and simulations for major infrastructure and energy projects
Support construction sequencing, digital twin development, and visualization workflows
Process and integrate point cloud data into models for rehabilitation, modernization, and greenfield projects
Create immersive VR and AR experiences to enhance stakeholder engagement and project communication
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to translate technical designs into clear visual narratives
Contribute to BIM‑based coordination, design reviews, and risk mitigation workflows
Support the continuous improvement of digital tools, standards, and delivery methods across the organization

About You
Ability to deliver clear and visually compelling 3D and 4D content for technical and non‑technical audiences
Aptitude for understanding construction processes, design workflows, and digital engineering principles
Proficiency in 3D animation, modeling, and visualization within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial environments
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in ==English== and French to collaborate with internal teams and serve bilingual clients*
*This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as the deliverables are intended for audiences located elsewhere in Canada or internationally.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range 70 900 to 118 200 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
