Earlier this year, five ambitious Saudi graduates embarked on a transformative expedition to our GTC in Bangalore. Their names—Osama Alahmari, Abdullatif Madkhali, Ali Alwesaibie, Omar Alamri, and Abdulrahman AlNakkazah—mark the beginning of a new chapter in the narrative of cross-cultural professional development. These young individuals stepped into a realm far removed from their familiar surroundings, eager to soak up every fragment of knowledge and experience that this unique opportunity had to offer. But what exactly makes the Graduate Exchange Program at AtkinsRéalis a pivot point in their careers? It is the unparalleled blend of cultural immersion, technical expertise, and global networking opportunities that participants are exposed to.
