Au cœur de nos projets d'ingénierie, l'équipe de gestion documentaire veille à ce que l'information soit exacte, accessible et conforme aux exigences des projets. Son expertise contribue à la collaboration entre les équipes, à la qualité des livrables et à la traçabilité des données essentielles à la réalisation de projets complexes.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) d'expérience en gestion documentaire afin de collaborer sur multiple projets.

Votre rôle

  • Assurer la vérification, le contrôle, l'enregistrement, l'émission et le classement de la documentation de projet.
  • Appliquer les processus et procédures établis afin d'atteindre les objectifs de gestion documentaire.
  • Veiller à la conformité des pratiques documentaires en réalisant les suivis et vérifications d'assurance qualité requis.
  • Assurer la numérotation, le classement et l'archivage des documents techniques tels que les rapports, plans et devis.
  • Coordonner les activités de gestion documentaire avec les équipes internes, les clients et les différents intervenants du projet.
  • Agir comme personne ressource auprès des clients internes et externes pour les questions liées à la documentation.
  • Soutenir les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils de gestion documentaire et des normes en vigueur.

À propos de vous

  • Capacité à développer et gérer des systèmes, outils, processus et procédures de gestion documentaire dans les secteurs de l'ingénierie, de la construction et des services.
  • Capacité à soutenir efficacement la gestion contractuelle, les activités commerciales, la planification ainsi que les activités d'ingénierie.
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, d'Aconex et compréhension fonctionnelle de l'administration de bases de données standard.
  • Expérience d'au minimum 10 ans en gestion documentaire dans l'industrie EPCM.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. *
