Working across regions has strengthened his ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver results across different cultures, time zones, and stakeholder groups. For Ajit, however, the biggest achievement is not a single project. It's about setting clear goals, creating alignment across time zones, ensuring everyone has access to the same information, and helping diverse teams come together to deliver successfully as one.
