Overview

The Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of integrated reporting systems across large-scale infrastructure and asset programs. The role focuses on driving digital transformation through automated reporting solutions, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful data to support strategic decision-making.

Your role

Reporting & Digital Transformation

  • Lead the implementation of automated and digital reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Drive reporting standardization and automation across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized reporting ecosystem covering large and complex portfolios.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Design and implement data collection, validation, and integration processes across multiple stakeholders, contractors, and systems.
  • Consolidate and analyse data to produce weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting streams.

Planning & Scheduling Integration

  • Collaborate closely with Planning teams to integrate and automate Primavera P6 schedule data into reporting systems.
  • Monitor and report on schedule performance, milestone tracking, delays, and project progress.
  • Translate complex schedule data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

KPI Development & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI framework covering financial, commercial, quality, program, and construction performance.
  • Manage the full KPI lifecycle—definition, alignment, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure KPIs are aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Dashboard & Visualization

  • Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Provide real-time visibility into project performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance dashboards to improve usability and decision support.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure delivery alignment.
  • Present insights, trends, and performance updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality data submission.

Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and manage the reporting team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Establish reporting governance, standards, and best practices across the program.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes and tools.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience including 5 years PgMC/PMC Managerial experience in project reporting, PMO, or program controls, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale programs.
  • Proven experience in digital reporting transformation and automation.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Power BI (advanced)
  • PowerApps & Power Automate
  • Primavera P6
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling
